One can never imagine how the right time and circumstance can lead you to "the one" - that special person who becomes your best friend, the true once-in-a-lifetime companion, the one with whom forever never feels long enough - but here we are.

Love lives can be difficult and at the time of our meeting, we were both coming out of relationships and not looking for another but instead looking for a friend, who would have ever thought that we would fall this hard or this fast for each other?

Casual meet ups for coffee, taking dogs on a walk to talk about our days, quick texts that led to long conversations, quick check-ins that led to longer times spent together, we quickly realized how much we had in common. Like the common items so often paired together (peanut butter and jelly, peas and carrots, wine and cheese, etc.) , we became each other's complement - our lives simply felt complete and love crept in.

Quickly realizing that we were meant to be together, with laughter and open communication, we grew closer and closer. Fast forward to an after dinner walk in Forsyth Park following our vacation to Tennessee which turned into one asking the other to be his forever...and he said "YES".

Our love has evolved into being homebodies who love spending time together, cherishing our time and place, cuddling our fur babies, playing Rummikub, Skip-bo or Phase 10. Our love for food leads us to dine at our favorite restaurants whenever we can and enjoy the occasional night out with friends and planning for whatever our forever might become.

Our love story is special and unique and we wouldn't want it any other way. With great anticipation, we cannot wait to celebrate our special day when we join our lives together among special friends and family who we want to share in the magic with us.
